Andrew qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. He was employed with Murray Sweeney Solicitors and Keans Solicitors. He also worked in a Law Firm in New York. He set up the practice as Hamilton Turner Solicitors in 1995 and has been the Principal of the firm from that date.
He has extensive experience in Property and Business Matters, Commercial Litigation and Labour Law. He represents several large corporations including the Comer Group, Panda Waste and in particular Unite the Union in Ireland.
Andrew has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation and has a keen interest in Labour Law.
Deirdre is the head of our conveyancing department at Hamilton Turner.
She has a vast knowledge of this area and has equal experience in acting for both vendors and purchasers. Deirdre also practices in the area of probate law.
Deirdre joined the firm in 1998 after completing her traineeship with another Dublin Firm. Deirdre, who is originally from Longford, attended University College Dublin where she achieved a BCL and LLM.
After graduating from University College Dublin (UCD), Robert qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and obtained a Diploma in Employment Law in 2007. Having trained and worked with a large Dublin law firm for many years, he left private practice and worked in the financial services and aviation industries for a number of years as General Counsel.
Robert joined the firm in 2011 as a Consultant. Robert has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, employment law, banking and finance law, and commercial property. He represents both large companies and SMEs as well as individual business and private clients.
Caroline has 34 years experience working in legal accounts in many major law firms. During her long career, Caroline has developed a comprehensive understanding of legal accounting principles, including client and office reconciliations, billing procedures and regulation compliance. Caroline joined Hamilton Turner in January of 2023 and really enjoys working in the firm.
Abbie joined the firm in August 2023 as a Trainee Solicitor after completing her PPC in Blackhall Place.
Abbie, who is originally from Wexford, attended Dublin City University where she achieved a BCL.
Abbie works as a member of the Property team supporting senior staff in a combination of commercial and residential conveyancing and leasing. Abbie also practices in the areas of wills, the administration of estates, enduring powers of attorneys and general powers of attorney.
Deb has seventeen years of administration and support experience in a multiplicity of legal fields, including Personal Assistant, Legal Executive, Paralegal and Reception work.
Deb comes from a lengthy service industry background, (mainly Travel and Tourism) and has always enjoyed the challenge of making people happy, keeping them secure, and creating lasting trust.
Ronan is an apprentice solicitor who has worked as a legal assistant with this firm since 2015. Ronan has a wide range of experience as a legal assistant with a particular focus in litigation before the District Court, Circuit Court, High Court, The Commercial List of the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Ronan also has extensive experience with employment disputes before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the High Court. Ronan also has experience in District Court regulatory matters and conveyancing
Louise is a Trainee Solicitor and Legal Personal Assistant to the principal, Andrew Turner. Louise graduated with both a BA and LL.B in University of Galway and subsequently attended UCD achieving an LL.M.

Louise completed her internship with the employment law team in O’Mara Geraghty McCourt Solicitors and added solid grounding experience with David Walley & Co Solicitors as a legal assistant to the litigation team.
Louise joined the firm in 2021 and is a vital member of the litigation team. She has a wide range of experience in all aspects of litigation especially in the multicomplex field of personal injury. Louise has gained valuable experience over time with the Workplace Relations Commission and has been actively involved in employment dispute resolution.
